Internship Opportunity: Marketing Assistant Trainee/Intern

Position: Marketing Assistant Trainee/Intern

Duration: [1-6 months]

Main Tasks

• Social Media Marketing:
• Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), YouTube, and WeChat.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies that align with company goals.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to optimize content and increase engagement.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices to keep our platforms current and innovative.
• On-Site Promotion Activities:
• Help plan and execute on-site promotional events and activities aimed at increasing brand awareness.
• Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, and partners to ensure successful execution of promotional campaigns.
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials and presentations.
• Content Creation:
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials such as blog posts, newsletters, and promotional videos.
• Use basic photo and video editing skills to enhance visual content.
• Utilize AI tools for content generation and optimization where applicable.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the international marketing team to brainstorm new ideas and strategies.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to ongoing projects.

Requirements

• Education:
• Currently enrolled in a university program majoring in Tourism, Travel Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• Skills and Abilities:
• Passion for the travel industry and a strong interest in marketing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• Basic knowledge of video editing and graphic design tools.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Ability to use AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• International background or experience is a plus.
